Since the inception of PSAP Concepts, LLC, in 2000, we have focused on cost effective consulting while investing in the future of 911 personnel by creating and funding the Greg Riddle Memorial Scholarship so that persons can attend the annual IPSTA 911 Conference in Illinois.

Our team is comprised of NG 911 experts, Ronald Bloom and Ned Jacklin, formerly of Frontier Communications as well as Ronald Bonneau, former PSAP Manager in Illinois and the former Executive Director of Kent County 911 Dispatch Authority in Michigan.
